Hazel Atlas Camel Ice Bucket Set
Designed by Hazel Atlas during the 1930s to 1940s, this simply marvelous vintage 8 piece cocktail set from Hazel Atlas features white camels and light mint green palm trees, stars, flowers and pyramids. This highly sought after camel pattern set includes an open glass ice bucket, tongs and 6 collins glasses. One of the camels on the collins is missing his head (an original manufacturing flaw). The stainless steel tongs have a claw shaped tip, are stamped Craft Mfg. Co. Chicago, and measure 6 1/2″ long by 7/8″ wide. The ice bucket measures 4 1/4″ high by 5 5/8″ wide. The 11 oz. glasses measure 6″ high by 2 5/8″ wide. One glass has a chip on the rim. This set is a real piece of American glassware history!
